Ingredients:-
Wheat Flour 1 1/2 cup
Onion 1
Green Chilli's 2
Ginger a small Piece
Jeera 1 tbsp
Coriander Leaves
Salt
Oil
Method:-
- Finally Chop the Onions, Green Chilli's, Ginger and Coriander leaves
- Mix the Wheat Flour With water, and salt to make a dosa batter
- Mix onion and chilies,Ginger,jeera and chopped coriander to the thin batter.
- Heat pan or griddle with little ghee or oil.
- Spread the mix on pan in circular motion to make thin Dosa.
- Cook dosa , if desired.
- Serve with Coconut chutney.
