Sesame laddu

Ingredients:

White Sesames 2 cups
Jaggery/Sugar 1 cup
Ghee 2 tbsp

Method:

  1. Clean the Sesame seeds and make very coarse powder
  2. Add Sugar/Jaggery (Scraped) and grind together for one more minute
  3. Add melted ghee and make laddu
  4. This Sesame Laddu can be stored for two weeks in a dry container
For Decoration the laddu just roll over on the sesame seeds.
