Paneer   1 cups
Gram Flour   1/2 cup
Chilli  Powder    2 tsp
Coriander Powder 1 tsp
Amchor/Dry Mango Powder  1 tsp
Salt  to taste
Baking Soda  a little
Oil
Water  as required for batter
Process:
- Firstly cut the paneer into thick 1/2" inch pieces.

- Sprinkle Amchor powder and  chilli powder on these pieces. Mix the gram flour,  chilli powder, soda and salt in a bowl. Add some water to the mixture to make it thick batter.  
- Dip each piece of the paneer in this batter. Heat the oil in a frying pan. Now put the pieces of paneer in the heated oil.Fry them till they become golden brown.  
- Paneer Pakoras are ready to eat.
- Serve the Paneer Pakoras with Any chutney
