Fish cut in finger size 20 pieces
Ga ram Mahala 1/4 tsp
Coriander powder 1 tsp
Cumin powder 1 tsp
Chili powder 1/4 tsp
Turmeric 1/4 tsp
Pepper Powder 1 tsp
Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp
- In a mixing bowl Mix all the ingredients like egg,salt,chili,cumin,coriander,ginger garlic,turmeric,chopped coriander,garam masala,pepper powder,little bit oil
- In the egg mixture dip Fish fingers and coat with Bread Crumbs Keep it side about 10 to 15 min.
- Heat the Kadai with oil. Place coated Fish fingers in the Kadai nicely coated with bread crumbs keep it side about 10 - 15 min
- Deep fry them over medium low heat around 2 to 3 min.
- Now tasty and crunchy Fish fingers ready .
- Serve with Tomato Ketchup,lemon juice.
