It's good as evening snack
Ingredients:-
Gram Flour 1 cup
Rice Flour 1 cup
Cabbage Grated/Minced 2 cups
Green chilli 2
Chilli Powder 1/4 tsp
Coriander Powder 1/2 tsp
Baking Soda 1 pinh
Ajwain seeds/vaamu 1/2 tsp
salt for taste
Oil For Frying
Coriander Leaves
Method:-
- Take a mixing Bowl, and add gram flour,rice flour,baking soda,ajwain seeds,coriander powder,chili powder,salt mix nicely
- And finely add cabbage,green chill's mix a teaspoon of hot oil in it and mix sufficient water and make pakodis by deep frying them in oil. These are nothing but onion pakodis.
- Serve hot.
