Aloo/Potato Omelette

Boiled Potato 1 Medium Size
Egg 2 ( Here I used 2 small eggs and half potato)
Onion 1/4 cup chopped
Jeera Powder 1/4 tsp
Ground Nut Powder 1 tsp
Green chili Paste 1/2 tsp
Pepper powder 1/2 tsp
Coriander Leaves finely chopped
Salt for taste


  • Beat eggs,onions, jeera,green chili,ground nut,salt,coriander leaves and pepper finely add mashed potato slightly; set aside.
  • Spray skillet with cooking spray; heat over medium-high heat. Quickly pour about 1/2 cup of the egg mixture into skillet.
  • Let stand over heat a few seconds to lightly brown bottom of omelet. (Do not overcook)
Serving size: 2 people
With this yummy omelets full of rice!
