Muli/Radish/Mullangi Paratha


Ingredients:
To Dough:
Radish 1 Grated(1 cup)
Wheat Flour 2 1/2 cup
Salt 1/2 tsp
Oil 1 tbsp
Water for needed to make dough/if necessary
To Pa rota:
Oil
Method:

  • Mix all the above ingredients in a bowl and knead them together into a soft dough by adding water if necessary. Keep aside for 30 minutes.
  • Make balls off the dough.
  • Cook on a tawa, until golden brown on both sides.
Serve with Any Curry
Serving Size: 4 to 5 people
