Ingredients:
Puffed Rice 3-4 cups
Onion 1
Tomato 1
Raw Mango 1/2 cup
Boiled Ground Nuts
Grated Carrot
Boiled Chick Peas 1/4 cup
Green Chilli 2
Lemon Juice 1 tbsp
Salt
Sev 1/4 cup(optional)
Coriander/Mint Leaves
Method:
- First Toast the Puffed Rice and next chopped the onion,Tomato,coriander leaves.
- and Grate the carrot and Mango.
- In a mixing Bowl Combine all the ingredients and toss well
- And lastly add lemon juice and serve.
