Vegetable broth 2 cups
Butter 2 tbsp
All-purpose flour 2 tbsp
Salt 1 tsp
Sugar 1 tsp or to taste
- In a pot, over medium heat, combine the tomatoes, onion, cloves and sautte 5 min till tomatos are soft. Remove from heat and run the mixture through a mixer jar to make smooth paste like this:
- In the now empty soup pot, melt the butter over medium heat. Stir in the flour with water, Veg -Stock/water . Bring to a boil, and gently boil for about 5 minutes Gradually whisk in a bit of the tomato mixture, so that no lumps form, then stir in the rest. Season with sugar and salt, and adjust to taste.
- Garnish with Fried capsicum or Bread Crumbs.
- Here I add fried capsicum and cream.
