EGG BREAD TOAST/FRENCH TOAST

INGREDIENTS:
Eggs :2
Bread :8 slices
Milk :150 m.l
Sugar :3 tsp
oil :25 m.l

PROCESS:

• First take a vessel and boil the milk let it cool down
Eggs,sugar in a bowl:beat until well blended

• Stir in milk:set aside.



• Heat the pan with little bit oil(or) ghee,Dip the bread slices into egg mixture both sides



• Put on the pan into bread slices:toast both sides until golden color.


• Remove From Fire:place Egg bread toast into plate



• serve with tomato ketchup

yield:2 servings.
