Ingredients:
Prawn/shrimp (peeled/ cleaned) 1 lb/500 g
Onion (big) 1
Tomato 1
Ginger/garlic paste 1 tbsp
Green chillies 2
Cashew/kaju 4 to 5
Poppy seeds 1 1/ 2 tbsp
Fresh Coconut small piece
Coriander pwd 1 tbsp
Turmeric 1tsp
Chili pwd for Taste
Oil 2 tbsp
Ghee 1 tbsp
Mint Leaves 3 Stems
Coriander Leaves 2 springs
Cloves 4
Cinnamon/dalchinchekka 2
Elachi 3
Preparation:

Preparation:
- Remove the shell of prawns, add 1 tsp on turmeric and 1 tsp of salt. wash them well with lots of water (about 6 to 7 times). Drain water and set aside.
- Grind poppy seeds, cloves, elachi, dalchini, cashew to smooth paste and set aside.
- Grind onion,greenchillii separately
- Add 1 tsp onion paste to the prawns fry for 7 to 8 min with out adding water
- Meanwhile Heat oil in a kadhai, add curry leaves, green chillies ,rest of ginger/garlic paste and cook raw smell disappears Now Add onion paste,Tomato and cook till soft(for about 4 mts in low flame).
- Add the masala paste and fried prawns,coriander leaves,mint leaves and mix well. Adjust salt and chillipowder accordingly. cook in low flame for bout 5 mts covering with a lid and stirring occasionally
Serve hot with rice/Biryani
Add the chili pwd,turmeric,salt,half ginger garlic paste leave for 15 min
